The staffs at the hotel are very friendly and helpful.

The room is highly rated compared to the quality, ambience and amenities in the room. The bed sheets, toilets and the amenities needs more maintenance.

The constant pungent smell inside the room. Bathroom floor was dirty .Kitchen wallpaper was falling off. Bedsheets,blankets was not clean and there stains all around. Furnitures need to be well maintained. Maintenance is required. Bathroom equipments were broken.

Don't go for this stay unless you get it for 1500-2000 rangeBathroom closet and all was looked like not cleaned for 1 monthBreakfast was priced 250 plus tax per head and there was only little options. Also food was not upto mark. When we complained about the higher price to the person who handles the bill, he says 150+ had their Breakfast and why you people only have the complaint We are unhappy with the stay

The Room was very spacious & good. The view from the room was also good.

1. Service was very poor. They said room service would be available but everyday it was unavailable due to some un-communicated reason.2. Bed sheets & Pillows were very dirty.3. Very overpriced. Not value for money at all.

The front desk girl was very rude and not a helping mentality they told the tea cup is missing. And I got bees from the food, very bad service from the local staffs

Food is good and tasty. Location is good as it is on the highway itself. Apartment is spacious and fairly clean. 24 hours hot water available. Room service is good.

Compound is not clean. The entrance/corridors are narrow and proper cleaning required in common areas.

Only Location, nothing else

Staff, cleanliness, Hospitality, Toilet, No water, under construction, under maintenance, bad customer service, concierge not capable to handle guests, assistant staff can't assist, not allocating correct booked room, trying to fill under maintenance rooms with all guests, had to fight to get the room we booked.

The location was good. The restaurant staff was polite and food was also average. The hotel staff was polite but not good with clean up and work.

Even though we checked in 2 hours late the room was not ready. When we finally got the room we found out that sheets were not changed. Old sheets used by previous guests were as it is. The floor was very sticky. The bathroom was not clean. It had a weird smell. We do not expect the luxury stay but if we are paying 2600 for a night, we at least expect a money's worth.

The place as such was nice, cool and calm even though it was in middle of the city

Beds were not clean, there were insects and some wooden particles inside the blanket, cleaninless apart from bed was fine
